Pinocchio: A Whale of a Tale! – Hillview

The ChildFirst @ Hillview children were whisked away into a world of magic, music and imagination with “Pinocchio: A Whale of a Tale!”, a spectacular production that left everyone inspired, wide-eyed and enchanted.

The experience began in the foyer where a vibrant ocean-themed art installation set the stage with splashes of colour, flowing movement and meaningful messages about protecting our seas.

As the lights dimmed, the stage came to life with beautifully handcrafted puppets from delicate marionettes to towering life-sized figures that moved with grace and expression. The story followed Pinocchio on his journey of self-discovery, brimming with adventure, playful mischief, and heartwarming moments. From enchanted forests to stormy seas, and even inside the belly of a whale, the performance was nothing short of magical.

Our children were captivated from beginning to end – giggling, gasping, clapping, and joining in the fun of this interactive theatre experience.
