Counting Skills with “1-20 Movement Song” – Hillview

At ChildFirst @ Hillview, the K1 children strengthened their rote counting skills from 1 to 20 through the “1–20 Movement Song” which combined music and movement for active learning. They then created a vibrant “1–20 Flower Garden” display, with each child designing a numbered flower and arranging them in the correct sequence. The activity concluded with worksheets to reinforce number recognition and sequencing skills, showcasing the children’s growing confidence, creativity and teamwork.
