Healthy Kitchen at KidsSTOP – Tampines



The ChildFirst @ Tampines K1 children enjoyed their learning journey to KidsSTOP at Science Centre Singapore, where they explored the theme of “Healthy Kitchen” as part of this semester’s learning focus. The visit aimed to raise awareness about healthy eating while sparking the children’s interest in food preparation and kitchen safety. In today’s fast-paced modern lifestyle, children are increasingly exposed to unhealthy food choices in their daily diets. Through this experience, we hope to help them identify nutritious ingredients and build a strong foundation for healthy eating habits.
